The Accounts Payable Clerk duties will include matching and batching code invoices, resolving A/P issues, processing expense reports, updating and reconciling sub-ledger to G/L, and processing checks.How you will make an impact- Facilitate internal and external audits as needed- Maintain proper storage of invoices, checks, and other documents by organizing, logging, scanning, and filing them- Carry out additional tasks as assigned- Provide customer service to internal business partners- Open, organize, and distribute department mail daily- Handle administrative tasks for the AP/Finance Department- Execute full-cycle A/P- Validate, record and send checks, including expediting special handling- Carry out daily processes and controls accurately and on time, and ensure compliance with company policies
