Robert Half has partnered with a construction company in Englewood in search of an Accounts Payable Clerk! The Accounts Payable Clerk position is paying $50,000-$55,000!
The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for the following:
- Perform basic accounting tasks – prepare JE’s, download and assist with analysis and presentation of data, print reports and consolidate information in Excel
- Perform administrative tasks such as mailing, emailing
- Input change pricing into our accounting system
- Review AP statements and obtain missing invoices
- Moving AP invoices daily from our email box to the server for the person who performs remote data entry
- Sorting and preparing receipts for our various credit and fuel accounts
- Comparing and correcting data within various accounting system
- Review vendor statements and make sure they aren’t missing anything
Requirements for the Accounts Payable Clerk include:
- 2 years of accounting experience
- Construction experience (preferred)
- 3 way matching in accounts payable
