Robert Half currently has an opening for an Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk. This Accounts Payable Clerk opportunity will be located in the Collierville, Tennessee area and will be a short-term contract / contract position. The Accounts Payable Clerk will match and batch code invoices, resolve A/P issues, process expense reports, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, and process checks.Responsibilities- Carry out daily processes and controls accurately and on time, and ensure compliance with company policies- Manage the process of verifying, logging, and mailing checks, including expediting special handling- Complete special projects on an as-needed basis- Support the AP/Finance Department by completing administrative tasks- Open, sort, and deliver department mail on a daily basis- Assist with internal and external audits as needed- Organize, register, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents- Assist internal business partners with any customer services needs- Implement full-cycle A/P
