Key responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end bookkeeping and finance processes for 10-20 clients.• Coordinate with the support team, schedule tasks, review work, and provide coaching.• Act as the primary client contact, answering questions, and advising on process improvements.• Review potential clients' books, identify errors, and assist in pricing new engagements.• Delegate and manage cleanup and onboarding work for new clients.
