Responsibilities: • Sorting and categorizing incoming mail, specifically donation forms• Preparing and processing deposit forms for bank transactions• Scanning and depositing checks into the system• Reconciling deposit amounts with the checks scanned• Entering batch data to reconcile back to the deposits• Handling envelopes and segregating the enclosed items such as checks, credit cards, and bank info• Utilizing software like Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various tasks• Performing account reconciliation and managing accounts payable and receivable• Processing invoices and maintaining accurate records• Directly working with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
