We are seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager V with a strong accounting background to join our team. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of accounting initiatives, working closely with the SAP implementation team, building requirement documents, and ensuring alignment with project goals. Upon completion of implementation, this role will also be responsible for overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and maintaining/tracking accounting processes post-implementation. The Project/Program Manager V will collaborate with both the tech team and finance stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the SAP implementation team to ensure successful project execution

Develop and maintain requirement documents for accounting processes

Work closely with the project team to ensure alignment with project goals

Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure proper functionality

Maintain and track accounting processes during and after project implementation

Sit with the Accounting team, working closely with tech and finance stakeholders

Process Month End Close

Candidate Requirements:

Ownership mindset with a willingness to dive deep

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience

Bachelor’s degree required; CPA certification preferred

Experience with long-term projects

Strong background in accounting

Familiarity with SAP implementation

Flexibility and adaptability

Commitment to continuity and project success

Contract Length: 11 Months

Location: Seattle (Hybrid)

Pay Range: $80 - $90 per hour
