We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to support hotel related compliance functions in our corporate office located in the DTC. This position will report directly to the Manager of Accounting and work closely with both Hotel and Corporate Accounting. Delivering daily on Distinguished Hospitality™ that is what we expect of you, but we also expect you excel at the following: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Lead the monthly and quarterly Sales Tax preparation, filing, and payment process Provide direct Sales Tax support to hotel properties, including collection and validation of tax-exempt certification and applicable backup. Monitoring and facilitation of Business Licensing Renewals and Permit functions across hotel portfolio Responsible for new vendor entries in M3 Accounting Core system Continuously look for ways to automate and streamline functions.
