If interested in this role, please call Dan Diez at 808.452.0260.Responsibilities:• Provide support to the Assistant Controller with vendor updates, month-end journal entries, and other essential schedules upon request• Reconciliation of assigned general ledger accounts• Processing and reconciling Accounts Payable and Receivables• Deliver research support for variance analysis, audit and tax schedules, and other ad-hoc reporting and schedules as needed• Review and create journal entries for corporate card charges• Assist with daily sales balancing and post daily sales journal entries• Provide backup coverage for Cash Receipts/Donor Data Specialist related to daily sales and petty cash• Utilize accounting software systems to maintain accurate records• Use Microsoft Excel and other Office Suites for data entry and analysis• Handle billing functions and cash activitySkills:• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems• Experience with ADP - Financial Services• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suites• Knowledge of general accounting functions• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)• Experience with billing functions and handling cash activity.
