If interested in this role, please call Leah Schreuders at 808.379.3849Responsibilities- Compose thorough journal entries and account reconciliations which include, but are not limited to, cash, prepaid expenses, and payroll- In-depth experience with reconciling month end balance sheet accounts- Prepare monthly financial close workbooks to support the month end, quarter end and year end closing process- Periodically maintain and reconcile journal entries- Manage intercompany billings, transactions, and reconciliation- Special projects and impromptu reporting, upon request- Oversee depreciation, fixed asset ledgers, and reconciliation- Organize and review various financial data, then report it in a manner that is useful and understandable- Implement, maintain, and adhere to internal controls and accounting procedures ensuring compliance with GAAP- Perform month end close, journal entries, with minimum supervision- Arrange schedules for capital lease and monthly payments- Compose analyses for income statements and monthly balance sheets for management reporting- Partake in a variety of department-wide initiatives
