Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our team in Brentwood, Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in business management, particularly with high-net-worth clients, and a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 6 clients, providing tailored financial guidance, and overseeing the work of one bookkeeper on the team. Experience with estates and trusts is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, building strong relationships and understanding their financial goals and needs.
• Oversee the work of one bookkeeper, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
• Conduct regular meetings and reviews with clients to assess performance, address concerns, and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Stay abreast of changes in tax laws, regulations, and industry trends, and proactively communicate relevant updates to clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Proven experience in business management, preferably with high-net-worth clients.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel is essential.
• Experience with AgilLink software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
