We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong sales skills and a passion for technology sales.
Responsibilities:
-Manage and develop existing client portfolio of 50-100 accounts
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities to expand our client base
- Communicate with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and needs, and provide appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products or services to clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management
-A background in CLOSING B2B inside and outside sales
-Daily reliability and punctuality with a positive attitude
-Social media and online tools expertise
-Have reliable transportation
- The ability to properly represent our products and services
Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology sales or related field
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software
Requirements:
- Previous Cannabis Industry Experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to travel as needed
