HR Coordinator
Riverview Health and Rehab is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR professional for a pivotal HR Coordinator position. The ideal candidate will be interested in developing and expanding their knowledge and influence in the field of HR, have experience in a Skilled Nursing, Elder care, or healthcare organization, demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and be self-motivated while providing first-rate HR service to employees, managers, and leaders.
The Human Resources Coordinator is a generalist role responsible for a variety of on-site tasks relating to Human Resources functions including, but not limited to, Recruitment and Retention, Administration of Benefits, HRIS Database entry and management, Employee Relations, and ensuring compliance of the policies and procedures pertinent to Human Resources as set forth by the Company and state or federal regulation or law.
