ReFloor is Hiring a Human Resources Manager Near Troy, MI

Refloor, a $70M Michigan based national Flooring Company is on a rapid expansion program through new market development and organic growth. We are expanding our existing portfolio of locations and dramatically increasing our associate headcount. Our mission is to build the most trusted flooring company in America.
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this position will be based at the company headquarters in Troy, Michigan. Position is responsible for handling tactical Human Resources activities including: Recruiting/Staffing, New Associate On-Boarding, Associate Relations/Culture, Policy/Procedure drafting and maintenance, HRIS inputs and other activities as assigned.
This position requires a "hands on" HR professional with wide-ranging tactical expertise. As an integral part of the company's human resources department, this position will be a primary point of contact between associates and leadership.
As this is a rapidly growing company, the HR Manager must be comfortable in a fast-changing environment and be able to make significant contributions while implementing the structure and processes necessary to support a company with ambitious plans for continued growth.

Requirements We seek a proven HR professional possessing the following skills:
  • College graduate with a degree in Human Resources or a similar discipline. An advanced degree is not required
  • Experience managing and supporting high-volume recruiting functions for multiple locations in a wide geographic area
  • Must be a well-versed HR professional with at least 5 to 7 years HR experience
  • A PHR or SPHR designation demonstrating mastery of the HR disciplines would be desired
  • Demonstrated "hands on" expertise with various HR technology platforms including; HRIS, ATS, LMS, and various time/attendance systems
  • A track record of success in challenging environments
