Job Description

Description

Entrega is a leading provider of Application Design, Development and Delivery services to global clients. Our team of professionals use their expertise and experience to deliver results for our clients that address their most important business challenges. 

The Human Resources Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including coordinating pay changes, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.


Job Description & Responsibilities 


· Compose and maintain employee records

· Update internal databases

· Prepare and amend necessary HR documents

· Report HR metrics on a regular basis

· Serve as the first point of contact for employees on HR related queries

· Perform other job-related tasks as assigned



Qualifications & Experience 


· Bachelor’s Degree (strongly preferred). Work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

· Two years' relevant experience (strongly preferred)

· Proven ability to work with information systems, computer literacy, and proficiency in Word and Excel are required

· Strong administration skills

· Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office

· High level of confidentiality

· Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills

· Robust communication skills, both written and verbal

· Flexibility and willingness to learn

· Tact and diplomacy

· Ability to work accurately, with attention to detail
