River Wards Wellness Collective is a psychotherapy group practice that is seeking a hybrid Office Administrator. Remote responsibilities include customer service through answering phones, scheduling/appointment setting, billing, daily email correspondence with clients, verifying insurance benefits, and running daily service reports and monitoring weekly productivity in our CRM and EHR. The Administrator will also be responsible for onboarding new therapists. This position includes light in-person office management including ordering supplies, stocking supplies, retrieving the mail, providing office tours to new staff, and receiving deliveries on occasion at any of our Philadelphia locations. This position is a full time position (40 hours per week) and may be split between 3-4 office settings in Philadelphia as needed. The Administrator role will grow over time and additional responsibilities may be assigned. This role reports to the Director of Operations. Our ideal start date is June 1st. Preferred Knowledge and previous experience in areas of Human Resources, Administration, Office Management and/or Reception. Knowledge or experience of insurance billing / claims investigation preferred.
