GNR Group is a vertically integrated real estate investment company. Established in 2003 and headquartered in Philadelphia (PA), GNR acquires, develops, and manages real estate assets in the U.S. Eastern coast, with a special focus on the Single-Family Rental (SFR) market. The company currently holds and manages over 1,800 properties with very high occupancy rates all year round.
GNR Group is currently recruiting a full-time office coordinator to support property and office management functions.
Property Management
This position is accountable for maintaining property records, communicating with tenants to arrange for inspections, water meter upgrades, move in and move out events. This role also promotes and maintains positive relations with tenants, collect their rents and demonstrates the ability to communicate verbally and in writing information regarding events and service requests.
Office Management
This position is also accountable for office operations which includes.
· Phones –Answering and addressing phone inquiries.
· Supplies – oversight, knowledge of and organization of inventory; consolidating supply requests, checking, ordering, opening, and delivering orders
· Postage & Delivery - Oversight of mail, shipping, postage
· Vendors (office) - Maintain database of office vendors.
· Office Calendar and Schedule – maintain office calendar - in/out of the office schedule for staff on vacations, holidays, and send out notifications regarding special schedules as provided by management.
· Office Appearance – maintain a neat and professional office environment.
· Spreadsheet and digital file updates to record property maintenance, payments, and code requirements.
· Scan and store office documentation.
· Plans company events.
Job Requirements and Skills
· Minimum two years administrative office experience
· Strong organizational and administrative skills.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
· Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in record keeping.
· Proficient in using computer software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite.
· Knowledge of facilities management principles and practices.
· Experience with customer relationship management and (CRM) systems is a plus.
