Rising Phoenix Real Estate is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Agent (Setter)

Our rapidly growing team is in search of a motivated real estate inside sales agent. You’ll hunt for leads, gather pertinent information for buyers and sellers, and add leads to the sales funnel. We are looking for someone who is results-oriented and has the ability to quickly connect and build rapport with people. Responsibilities

Here's what a typical day might look like:

  • You're the first point of contact for homeowners looking to sell their houses
  • You book appointments for our Real Estate Advisors (Outside Sales)
  • You help compile sales packets for the Real Estate Advisors before each appointment
  • You update the CRM with detailed notes and info from the appointments
  • You perform preliminary analyses of real estate properties to understand current value and estimated repairs
  • You qualify leads and identify potential opportunities
  • You manage the overall CRM and make sure all leads are followed up with regularly
  • You track leads through their journey, ensuring the right people get the right touchpoints at the right time
  • You keep our Real Estate Advisors on their toes, reminding them to follow up and keep appointments updated
  • ALL LEADS PROVIDED THROUGH OUR PAID MARKETING CHANNELS

  • Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently
  • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
  • Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals
  • Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data

Qualifications

  • You love talking on the phone. Like, really love it. And you have a knack for making others feel special
  • Attention to detail and organization are your superpowers
  • You're naturally empathetic, patient, and understanding, especially when handling difficult situations
  • Tech-savvy and quick on the uptake, you're comfortable in our CRM and eager to learn any new systems
  • Routine tasks are your jam, and you're fulfilled by the satisfaction of a job well done
  • You've spent at least 1 year in a similar role and are ready to take your skills to the next level
  • You're self-driven and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively without a physical office
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
  • Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license
  • Over 1 year of experience generating real estate leads
