Role Overview: Office Manager - New York City
Location: Midtown Manhattan, NOT remote

Part Time: 2 days a week (approximately 16 hours), flexible
Rip Van is seeking a dynamic and organized Part-Time On-Site Office Manager in New York. As the Office Manager, you will be key to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office space. Your role will encompass a range of administrative and facilities management responsibilities, with a focus on mail organization, shipping and materials management, custom sample box packing, building management liaison, and office supplies and inventory management. You’ll be supporting a rockstar team of largely remote team members who value making quick and informed decisions and executing with a ‘can do’ attitude!
