- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
- Ensure the bar is fully stocked with necessary supplies, such as beverages, garnishes, and glassware, by monitoring inventory levels and placing orders as needed.
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise bar staff, including bartenders, servers, and barbacks.
- Assists other associates as needed to meet guest's needs.
- Excellent communication skills – fluent in English language.
