Job Summary:
Open interviews Wednesday 4/10 12p-2p and Saturday 4/13 2p-4p.
We are seeking a skilled Bar Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and possess excellent leadership skills. As the Bar Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing bar operations, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Manage and lead bar staff, including training and scheduling
- Oversee daily bar operations to ensure efficiency and quality service
- Maintain inventory control and order supplies as needed
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily sales
- Collaborate with the kitchen team for food preparation and service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns
Skills:
- Experience in catering or restaurant environments
- Proficiency with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Strong cash handling skills
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures
- Background in food service management and food preparation
- Leadership abilities to motivate and guide a team effectively
