POSITION SUMMARY: TheOperations Manager shares the responsibility of overseeing the complete venuein regards to staff management, money management, reporting, sales goals,inter-office communications, and must uphold company policies and procedures atall times. The Operations Managerassists in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating personnelas well as developing and motivating all staff to attain proper standards ofperformance. Additionally, the Operations Manager answers patrons' questions,addresses and resolves any complaints, and is responsible for inspecting thevenue, inside and outside, for cleanliness, compliance and overall appearance. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OFTHE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Continually strive to develop the staff, including FloorSupervisors, in all areas of managerial and professional development
Assists with the recruitment and training of staff (training,developing, testing, and coaching)
Utilize effective time management and exhibit excellent follow upskills
Accommodate and anticipate guests needs
Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handlingprocedures
Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports andschedules
Oversee and ensure that employee performance appraisals arecompleted in a timely manner
Fully understand and comply with all federal, state, and countymunicipal regulations that pertain to health, safety and labor requirements
Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards andefficient operations, including openingand closing duties
Provides administrative support, and assist in creating sales goals and forecasting
ResponsibleAlcohol Management among guests and comply with all state and federal liquor laws
Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company standards
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Ability to work as a team, stay organized, handle various projectsat one time, lead others, delegate
Ability to provide incentives for staff to go above and beyond theexpectations of their particular roles
Ability to communicate effectively and assertively in the Englishlanguage, both verbally and in writing with staff, clients, and the generalpublic
Ability to speak to guests fluently regarding the food, beverage,and overall concept
Ability to demonstrate and impose upon service staff the abilityto service guests with utmost of care, service and excellence, utilizing thehighest standards of service techniques
Strong problem solving skills and ability to follow-up and make accurate decisions
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Ability to demonstrate a positive attitude atall times, keeping an open and objective view

Ability to handle afast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment, and work under pressure to meet deadlines
EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS:
21 years of age
HighSchool Diploma or equivalent required, Collegedegree preferred
3-5years of experience in the entertainment industry working in a high-volumerestaurant/bar
Knowledge of special events and banquets
Proofof eligibility to work in the United States and ValidDriver
