Rios Brothers Concrete is Hiring a Business Development Associate Near Fort Worth, TX
JOB SUMMARY
We seek a Business Development Associate to help expand our residential and commercial concrete company throughout the DFW metroplex. You will help build lasting relationships with Residential Home Builders and Commercial General Contractors to ensure future project synergy for years to come.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Can effectively help develop and implement a strategic business development plan.
- 3 years of business development / networking/ building relationships in the construction industry.
- Play an integral role in growing the pipeline of residential and commercial work for the company.
- Knowledge of the concrete industry is a plus.
- Ability to determine what the customer values and deliver value propositions that can elevate us above other concrete companies.
- Ability to travel throughout the DFW metroplex to meet with potential builders and general contractors.
- Growth focused.
- Team oriented and focused.
- 4-year degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or equivalent is a plus.
- Presentation skills that reflect our core values.
- Diligent at debriefing win/loss accounts to the leadership team.
- Coordinates well across business functions to handoff customers and ensure seamless communication and delivery.
