Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.
Duties:
- Answer incoming calls, emails and messages and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about our products and services
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, invoicing, order processing, and fulfillment oversight
- Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products
- Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Comfortable making outbound calls for follow-ups or upselling purposes
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Team player and highly collaborative
