Position Overview
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition and management of client accounts. You will develop and maintain strong client relationships, identify business opportunities, and effectively communicate our company's products. Success in this role will be measured by meeting or exceeding new customers targets, sales targets, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our organization.
Job Details
Client Acquisition: Identify and target prospective clients through various channels, including cold calls, email campaigns, networking events, and referrals.
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential and existing clients.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Approve client investments in time and terms in accordance with the investment policy.
Account Management Supervision: Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure their needs are met and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
Sales Target Achievement: Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs to contribute to the company's revenue growth.
Product Knowledge Training: Develop a deep understanding of our products to effectively communicate their value propositions to client and stakeholders.
Responsible for conveying the organization´s estrategies and knowledge to their team and various clients through their team
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to identify business opportunities.
Responsible for customer investment and the profitability of their region.
Responsible for comprehending and monitoring the management indicators set by the company.
Responsible for providing coaching to their team and ensuring their continuous motivation.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales management
Bilingual (Spanish-optional / English -mandatory)
Experience leading teams (Preferred).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Understanding of the industry and market trends.

Salary: Basic $70,000 (annual) The actual salary offer will take into account multiple factors incluiding skills, experience, education and location. Upon the full attainment of the goals, the potential yearly salary amount is $100,000.00 (This is an estimated value, the salary is uncapped and can be higher if sales and growth occur).
