JOB DESCRIPTION:

MARKETING DIRECTOR

LOCATION: San Diego, California

OVERVIEW/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts on site in our San Diego office. This role involves overseeing the Marketing Programs for Corporate as well as Crossroads Shopping Center (mall), including strategic planning, managing advertising, social media, events, sponsorships, maintaining tenant communications, site plans, leasing brochures, reporting and websites.

THE MARKETING DIRECTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Proactive B2B Leasing Support

Media Planning/Advertising

Social, Digital and Email Marketing

Manage On-Site Tenant Advertising

Website Maintenance Oversight / Updating

Update and Create Leasing Brochures

Prepare Annual Marketing Plan and Budget

Manage CMS

Media Planning/Advertising

Tenant Communications

Supervise Events Program

Sponsorships

Compile Quarterly Reports

QUALIFICATIONS:

Position prefers 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail or real estate. Strong leadership, communication, and digital marketing skills. Able to execute campaigns efficiently, analyze data effectively, and stay organized in a fast-paced marketing environment.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Graphic Design Tools, Social Media Management Tools, Video Editing Software, and Data Analysis and Reporting Tools.

BENEFITS: Salary range $80,000 - $120,000

Compensation will be based on factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, market and business considerations and other factors permitted by law.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
