Position: HR Generalist
Location: Doral, FL
RESPONSABILITIES:
- Recruitment and Staffing: Attracting, qualified candidates for open positions within the organization.
-Onboarding and Orientation: Facilitating the process of integrating new employees into the organization.
-Employee Relations: Managing relationships between employees and employers, addressing concerns, and resolving conflicts as they arise.
-Performance Management: Developing and implementing systems to assess employee performance, provide feedback, and facilitate performance improvement plans.
-Training and Development: Identifying training needs, organizing training sessions, and creating development plans to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
-Compensation and Benefits: Administering compensation programs, managing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
-Policy Development and Implementation: Developing HR policies and procedures, communicating them to employees, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
-Employee Engagement: Implementing initiatives to enhance employee morale, satisfaction, and retention.
-HR Administration: Handling administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and managing HR software systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and contribute to cross-functional teams to support organizational success.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
