Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing delicious and visually appealing meals. You will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and lead a team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities: - Plan and execute menus for daily meals, banquets, and special events - Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines - Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets food safety regulations - Supervise and train kitchen staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance - Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and specials - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment - Adhere to all health and safety guidelines Requirements: - Proven experience as a Chef or similar role - Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred - Strong knowledge of food service techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety practices - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Solid understanding of menu planning, costing, and portion control - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Skills: - Banquet experience - Bartending skills - Food service management knowledge - Restaurant management experience - Menu planning expertise - Strong culinary skills - Knowledge of food safety regulations Join our team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about creating memorable dining experiences.
