Currently, Residence Inn Louisville Airport is looking for a top-performing Hotel Operations Manager or Front Office Manager.

The Hotel Operations Manager or Front Office Manager assists the General Manager in overseeing and directing all aspects of hotel operations. In some circumstances, the Operations Manager may also be assigned responsibility for a specific hotel department.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Operations Manager or Front Office Manager to join our team. As the Hotel Operations Manager or Front Office Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experience, and maximizing revenue opportunities. The Hotel Operations or Front Office Manager will work closely with various departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. The Hotel Operations Manager or Front Office Manager candidate for this position will have a strong background in hotel management, with a proven ability to lead a team and deliver high-quality service. You should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a passion for the hospitality industry. Some Key Areas of Responsibility for the Hotel Operations or Front Office Manager include:

  • Directly manages assigned staff and indirectly manages all subordinates
  • Articulates Company goals to the staff
  • Demonstrates commitment to these goals through work ethic, integrity, and respect for the Company and associates
  • Unites associates in a common commitment to achieve and exceed these goals
  • Works closely with management throughout the hotel and the Company
  • Impresses guests with quality and timely service in a pleasant and friendly manner
  • Directs all operations in alignment with the direction of the General Manager, Company, brand standards, and local, state, and national regulations
  • Responsible for quality service, meeting/exceeding financial goals, short and long-term planning, and day-to-day operations


Requirements for the Hotel Operations Manager or Front Office Manager:

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED
  • Schooling in hospitality management, business, or related major
  • Strong organization and leadership skills
  • Two or more years of related experience
  • Familiarity with hospitality industry practices preferred
  • Serviced focused leader
  • Strong rooms and customer service skills are essential
  • Applicants must be able to work weekends & holidays.
