EcoAtm Gazelle is Hiring an Operations Project Mgr II Near Louisville, KY

Position Details (What will you be doing?)

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our distribution center and reverse logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects related to our distribution center's operations and reverse logistics processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational and leadership skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Education & Experience (What education and experience will you need to be successful?)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within a distribution center or logistics environment, with a strong understanding of reverse logistics processes.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is highly desirable.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (What knowledge, skills and abilities will you need to be successful?)

  • Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, including acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants.
  • Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents, effectively communicating project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals, setting and continually managing project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel, identifying and resolving issues and conflicts within the project team.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders, presenting reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions during project reviews.
  • Implement project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs, conducting project post-mortems and creating a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
  • Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the reverse logistics operations to ensure efficient returns management, refurbishment, and re-distribution processes.

Pay Range (How much might you earn in your base salary?)

$61,917 - $80,000 (annually)

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This information is provided per CA SB 1162 (“CA Pay Transparency Law”). Base pay information is based on market location. Learn more about ecoATM benefits here.

This position may also be eligible for short-term and long-term incentives based on individual and company performance.
