AMC Health is seeking a Senior Manager Logistics Operations to join our Warehouse team. This position has overall responsibility for ensuring all distribution service processes meet established safety, quality, and production goals in compliance with AMC Health standards and practices.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager Logistics Operations to lead our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, adept at optimizing processes, ensuring safety compliance, and achieving operational excellence. Responsibilities:

- Develop Initiatives: Create and execute strategic initiatives to achieve the highest levels of performance, quality, and safety standards. Ensure that corporate goals are met or exceeded.

- Inventory Planning: Collaborate with Senior Management to plan and forecast inventory requirements. Optimize stock levels to meet demand while minimizing excess.

- Production Optimization: Maximize production capabilities by balancing operating costs, quality, and budgetary goals. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency.

- Continuous Improvement: Lead change management efforts to drive continuous improvement across warehouse processes. Identify areas for enhancement and implement solutions.

- Equipment Orders: Oversee the fulfillment of equipment orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate inventory management.

- Work Assignments and Adherence: Manage work assignments, ensuring adherence to work instructions and company guidelines. Foster a culture of accountability and excellence.

- Team Training: Oversee warehouse team training programs, including cross-training initiatives. Develop a skilled and adaptable workforce.

- Employee Performance: Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing constructive feedback and recognition.

- Stakeholder Interface: Demonstrate success in interfacing with all levels of Management, fostering effective communication and collaboration.

Additional Requirements:

- Leadership Experience: A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in warehouse management or related fields.

- Healthcare Regulation Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and quality standards relevant to warehouse operations.

- Logistics and Supply Chain Strategies: Demonstrated ability to develop logistics, supply chain, and distribution strategies tailored to healthcare needs.

- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills to interact with all levels of management, team members, and external partners.

Competencies Required for the Position:

- Leadership: Be a strong leader, coach, and mentor. Inspire and guide the warehouse team toward achieving organizational goals.

- Technology Proficiency: Stay technologically savvy, especially regarding mobile technologies relevant to warehouse operations.
