Rennscot MFG is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office tasks, and assisting with day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Description
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the team including managing office supplies, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
Assist with HR administration tasks such as employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, and managing benefits enrollment.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Create meeting agendas, record meeting minutes, and communicate minutes to appropriate team members.
Manage and maintain office equipment and facilities, including coordinating repairs and maintenance.
Assist with basic accounting tasks such as day-to-day account reconciliation, invoicing, and bill pay.
Assist in organizing company events and meetings, including preparation of materials and logistical support.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma and at least two year of experience in a similar role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with basic accounting tasks such as data-entry and invoice management is a plus.
Familiarity with HR processes and procedures is an advantage.
