- Developing and managing all processes related to the service and warranty department
- Maintain strong communication with service technicians and scheduling coordinators
- Project management including managing the parts and labor resources needed from initial site visit and monitoring costs and overall profitability of projects
- Manage customer satisfaction
- Other job duties as assigned by leadership
- Minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on work experience in the window & door industry, or other closely related field
- Be able to lift up to 50lbs and climb ladders
- Previous supervisory experience in a home improvement-oriented business a plus!
- Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and Adobe Acrobat
- Competitive pay of $65,000-$75,000 based on experience, with monthly bonus potential up to $1,500 based on your performance.
