Boutique Property Management company in Stamford Connecticut managing 5 communities with approximately 400 units is seeking a service manager a key role within the company, responsible for overseeing the service department and ensuring high-quality customer interactions, reports, and repairs. Key Responsibilities:
Managing the service department team.
Handling customer service interactions and resolving complaints or concerns.
Maintaining strong relationships with customers and third-party vendors.
Bidding and maintain required service contracts
Ensuring repeat customers through excellent service.
Overseeing administrative tasks, such as managing invoices, processing orders, and tracking inventory.
Setting up and maintaining a service desk, improving its efficiency.
Auditing work and customer service to meet the company’s standards and goals.
Keeping up-to-date with industry regulations, standards, and innovations.
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in business, administration helpful but not a requirement
Previous sales and management experience may be advantageous.
Strong knowledge of the industry.
Excellent leadership, communication, sales, and customer service skills.
Computer literacy and good organizational skills are essential.
