Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Engineer/Construction Superintendent to survey the construction in-place and report deviations from contract documents and darawings of a large project . The ideal candidate will have experience in construction management and all building systems and possess a strong understanding of building processes and safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality control
- Report on the in-place work and any deviations from contract drawings
-Report of safety violations
- Familiarize with client's standards and project drawings for construction inspection purposes
- Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting
- Manage project documentation, contracts, and change orders
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in supervising construction projects
- Strong knowledge of building processes, contract management, and blueprint reading
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage project teams
