We are seeking a skilled ADA ramp Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from beginning to end. The ideal candidate will have experience in the concrete ndustry and possess strong leadership skills.
Duties:
- Coordinate and supervise all construction activities
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Monitor project progress and ensure quality standards are met
- Manage on-site safety protocols and procedures
- Resolve any issues that may arise during construction
Experience:
The successful candidate should have experience with the following:
- Construction estimating
- Construction
