Job Description
fs3|Hodges is seeking a dedicated and highly motivated pre-construction Project Manager to join our team. As a leading project and construction management firm, fs3|Hodges is committed to providing exceptional services and delivering high-quality projects for our clients.
Projects will include tenant improvements, renovation, infrastructure, site work, etc at CSULB.
Salary Range: $125,000 - $175,000
Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
Responsibilities- Role is as a preconstruction project manager (PM) of multiple projects
- PM will carry projects through design development and permitting
- PM will bid projects and process construction contracts
- Obtain quotes from designers, vendors, consultants, etc. and execute agreements
- Review all contract documents and ensure all appropriate CSU procedures are used
- Manage consultant budgets and timelines
- When ready, projects are handed over to a construction management team
Requirements
- 5-8 /- years of experience in the construction (pre-construction and/or construction)
- Institutional/Higher Ed experience preferred
- CSU experience is a plus but not required
- Experience working for a general contractor on construction projects is a plus
- Able to handle multiple projects concurrently, /-5 ranging in value from $2mil to $5mil.
