Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor to join our team. The Clinical Supervisor will oversee the clinical operations, provide guidance to staff, and ensure high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to a team of counselors and therapists
- Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss cases, treatment plans, and best practices
- Implement and monitor treatment plans for patients with mental health disorders
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to support patients in achieving their treatment goals
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Manage crisis situations effectively and provide support as needed
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding standards
- Conduct research to stay current on best practices in mental health counseling
- Provide counseling services to individuals with developmental disabilities and their families
Skills:
- Proficiency in motivational interviewing techniques
- Experience in mental health counseling and crisis management
- Knowledge of working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Familiarity with ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding standards
- Ability to conduct patient assessments and develop care plans
