What do we need from you?
We need you to develop relationships with high level realtors and interior designers.
Your average realtor is worth 250k of business per year to us.
Your average designer is worth 1,000,000 of business to us.
The top end of your comp hypothetical is based on 18 realtor and 2 designer relationships developed in 5 months.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Business Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, customer relationship management, and effective business development initiatives.
What do you need to do?
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and market presence.
- Lead business development efforts to identify new opportunities for growth and revenue generation.
- Manage projects related to sales, marketing, and product development to meet business objectives.
- Utilize Salesforce software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business partnerships.
Who do we need you to be?
- Bachelor's Degree or higher.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing
- World Class communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in some CRM software
- Street smart with the ability to intuitively understand what are the painful problems our referral partners have and can modulate a partnership with us as a convenient solution
