Reliable Petroleum & Lubrication Equipment LLC is Hiring an Accounts Receivable Clerk Near Las Vegas, NV
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Process and reconcile accounts receivable invoices and payments
- Prepare and distribute customer statements, invoices and follow up on outstanding balances
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payment collections
- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Assist with month-end closing activities, including preparing journal entries and account reconciliations
- Utilize accounting software to input, track, and manage financial data
- Provide support during audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries
Skills:
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with financial services industry practices and regulations
- Proficiency in accounting principles such as debits, credits, and account reconciliation
- Experience working with accounting software systems for data entry and reporting
- Knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving
