The HR Business Partner (HRBP) for Related’s Hudson Yards Experiences division will be based in the firm’s NYC headquarters, reporting to Related’s Head of HR Business Partnering, and serving as a strategic partner to the President and division leaders of Hudson Yards Experiences (HYE). The HRBP will be responsible for delivering all Related HR Corporate programs and processes for approximately 200 employees within HYE in alignment with its business and growth strategy. The HYE HRBP will handle all aspects of the employee life cycle from start to finish including talent acquisition and, in partnership with HYE’s President and division leaders, also talent development, compensation, and DEI strategies, serving as a trusted advisor for issues pertaining to employee relations, engagement and retention, and succession planning.
