Position Summary

The Project Manager is ultimately responsible for project success. They will be responsible for creating plans for successful project implementation and completion, requesting all needed resources from the Director of Program Management, preparing weekly status reports, overseeing and scheduling a diverse team of Data Processors and Data Collection Technicians, performing extensive QA/QC on all reports prior to submission, making regular data submittals, and maintaining constant communication with the client.

The Contribution:

• Communicate often and effectively with the client to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
• Create a supportive work environment for the data analysts and data collection technicians working on the project
• Promote open communication and collaboration between all members of the project team
• Process all types of traffic studies and prepare final reports for submission to the client
• Train new team members whenever the need for additional support arises
• Travel on short-notice whenever in-person meetings are requested by our clients
• Leverage Drakewell System for QA/QC to monitor weekly progress
• Ensure we meet all project milestones and objectives

Success will evidence itself in the following ways:

• Meet all Project Milestones
• Increase productivity/accuracy from the Data Collection Technicians and Data Analysts
• Decrease turn-around time from field collection to data submission

• BS/ BA preferred or equivalent 3 years of related Project Management experience
• Proven front line manager experience
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to grow and lead a team of diverse individuals with different learning styles
• Strong time management and organization skills
• Flexible and able to perform in a fast paced ever changing environment
• Proficient with MS Office Suite, especially Excel
• Location: Atlanta, GA office
• Travel: 5%
