Business Development Representative (BDR)

Location: Spokane, WA

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. The BDR will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by calling warm leads and setting appointments for our sales closers. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills, perseverance, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify warm leads provided by the marketing team.
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Collaborate & Communicate with sales and marketing team.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.
  • Ability to hit Quota Bi Weekly.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate our value proposition and build rapport with prospects.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and deadlines.
  • Proven Track Record of 1 year meeting Quota in another Sales Role.

Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
