The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with a personal injury law firm and be able to support attorneys with drafting legal documents, managing case files, and communicating with clients. Responsibilities:

• Draft demand letters and legal pleadings
• Request medical and billing records
• Enter data into automated documents and workflows
• Manage calendars and deadlines
• Draft correspondence
• Organize records
• Contact clients to gather information
• Answer phone calls

The Pre-Litigation Attorney must have:

• Previous experience in a US personal injury law firm
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Attention to detail, including proper use of styles in Microsoft Word
• Proficient with technology and software tools
• Strong customer service skills
