Duties:
- Conduct legal research using resources such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and appeals
- Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on various legal matters
- Prepare for and participate in trials

Experience:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in the state of [State]
- 1-4 years of experience
- Strong research and writing skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients and opposing counsel
- Experience with legal administrative tasks such as document management and case organization

Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in legal drafting and writing
- Familiarity with Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis research platforms
- Ability to litigate cases effectively
- Strong negotiation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
