Are you an organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for supporting teams and making a difference? We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Receptionist/Office Support person to join our dynamic team.

As an Receptionist/Office Support person, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. From handling correspondence and providing administrative support, to ensuring the front office area is clean and orderly and managing office supply orders, you’ll be at the heart of our organization’s efficiency and success.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle messages from answering service with professionalism and efficiency, directing them to the appropriate person.

· Ensure the front office area is clean and orderly for visitors and staff.

· Manage office supply orders and maintain inventory levels.

· Collect and organize customer information and enter data into company databases.

· Submit invoices, billing information and other documents to the home office.

· Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to important information.

· Support various administrative tasks as needed to facilitate the smooth functioning of the office.

· Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements/Qualifications:

· Minimum 1-year administrative experience in an office environment.

· Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

· Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.

· Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.

· Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

· Clean background screening and drug screening (we do not test for marijuana)

· Valid driver license and insured vehicle required. You may need to run errands and pick up supplies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
