Job Description
We are seeking an Experienced Line Cook to join our team! You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and dedicate time to expanding our clientele base to establish the restaurant's brand and reputation.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to perform all day-to-day culinary requirements
- Maintain quality standards set by SNHD and ownership
- Cooperate and work with staff BOH and FOH staff
- Knowledge of all SNHD guidelines for NV
- Put away and prep any and all food items
- Check freshness and quality of ingredients
- Assist in the development of menu items
- Follow all standardize recipes and plate presentations
- Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related fields
- Passion for food and cooking techniques
- Strong communication qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
