We are addressing critical pain points around collaboration and data integration in physical security, particularly in high-stakes environments like natural resource extraction sites.

Job Description

We are seeking a product manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping and guiding the development of our security software and integration solutions. This role involves close interaction with both the engineering team and our customers to ensure our product meets the market needs and continues to push the boundaries of what's possible in physical security technology.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, including defining product vision, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and coordinating with engineering teams.

  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and feedback, incorporating this input into product development.

  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, competitors, and emerging trends in physical security and natural resources industries.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with company goals and market demands.

  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in a tech or security-related field.

  • Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.

  • Experience in the natural resources industry or physical security domain is a plus.
