Duties & Responsibilities

• Mastery of Sr. level duties and responsibilities.
• Develops business plans and product positioning in the marketplace.
• Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity and identifies customer needs.
• Establishes pricing strategies.
• Works with Product Development, Product Management and Sales to develop new products or enhance existing
• product(s) or product line(s).
• Plans and develops strategies for sales promotions or other special events, such as conferences, trade shows, or
• user meetings.
• Brings innovation, emerging technology, and industry specific functionality to the product in accordance with
• outside trends, customer feedback, and knowledge of the product/industry.
• Becomes an evangelist for Epicor on inside and outside events.
• Regularly engages with key strategic senior leadership within the organization.
• Responsible for managing a product portfolio (cross-platform products).

Qualifications

• 10 years progressive experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
• 4 years of specialized/industry experience
• Bachelor’s degree ( or equivalent experience)
