The Monetization Product team at TikTok focuses on building a global marketing platform that fuels growth for businesses of all sizes. This role is part of our Business Accounts team, whose vision is to help all kinds of businesses grow through native operation & advertising on TikTok, and supports product development from beginning to end, including driving product strategy, leading product launches and managing direct growth channels.As a Growth Product Manager, your objective will be to strategize and implement growth initiatives for our lead generation advertising product. You will understand the needs of SMB lead ads advertisers, analyze market trends, and leverage data to drive product decisions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, data science to implement your product roadmap.
Responsibilities:
  • Define the global product strategy for Open-loop commerce (OLC)- you will be instrumental in setting Go-To-Market strategy for the ecosystem and ensuring flawless execution of product launches in global markets.
  • Work cross-functionally with product and GBS to deeply understand clients' needs and pain points, lead market research on competitor solutions, form business requirements, and prioritize market requests to influence the direction of product development.
  • Manage growth at scale for a range of products in market, set goals, and implement activations in order to drive product awareness and adoption.
  • Able to track, measure and analyze guidance impact across key metrics for further optimization
Qualifications
Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or above.
  • 3-5 years of product marketing or product management experience.
  • A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking.
  • Experience partnering with and influencing multiple cross-functional teams across product, sales, and PR
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with experience building business cases from market research and analysis.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills.
