Job Details

This individual has a track record of success in Product Enablement and is excited to drive the product knowledge and proficiency to all global Revenue functions.

As the Principal Product Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with cross functional Product and Product Marketing teams to establish world-class product enablement across the 6sense Revenue Organization. Redefining what great looks like across our end-to-end product enablement, including ongoing assessment of knowledge and proficiency, a strong motion for enabling new product launches, highly effective reinforcement that drives deep application across sales methodologies and competencies, and working closely with our cross-functional and revenue leaders to ensure product enablement is built into the fiber of how we work. You’ll use your program management skills to define expected and required product proficiency levels across all Revenue roles. You will own the enablement strategy, drive execution of key initiatives & communicate business impact. Your ability to measure and action on data will be an essential aspect of the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a product training evaluation strategy to determine field proficiency and identify gaps. Content includes product knowledge abilities (pitching, demoing, articulation of the value of the 6sense product offerings as it relates to customers executive priorities).
  • Launching and lead an ongoing steerco. process to help provide a strategic, measured cadence to field enablement over any given quarter.
  • Partner with SC’s and Product team to design, develop and implement the 6sense demo methodology.
  • Partner with 6sense Competitive Intel team to create field competency around competitive knowledge and differentiation.
  • Create, curate, implement, and improve product certifications.
  • Assess and determine success measurements for training as part of enablement strategy to ensure training results meet expected behaviors and demonstration of knowledge to propel field excellence.
  • Develop content, playbooks, and materials for internal launches and facilitate internal training for new product and messaging launches. Partner cross-functionally to define how content is developed, distributed, assessed, and updated
  • Launch and maintain internal resource hubs focused on driving field effectiveness
  • Communicate clearly and gather stakeholder alignment on process change and updates.
  • Be the Enablement expert and partner to Marketing, PMM, Specialists, and more, to ensure their goals and assets align with our pre and post-sales audience needs.
  • Ensure adoption and retention of enablement programs and measure their effectiveness.
  • Establish clear project plans that define strategic impact, scope of the project, plans for implementation, and success metrics
  • Proactively manage the full development life cycle of enablement programs from inception through deliver

What you should have

  • 5-7 years of experience driving sales and/or customer success training and broader Enablement programs
  • Preferred: 3 years in direct product enablement
  • Highly proficient at building trust with senior level Sales and CS leadership
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute
  • You have strong project management skills and are able to effectively manage working on multiple initiatives at once
  • You embrace ambiguity and enjoy finding order and simplifying process
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, team environment
  • Highly collaborative with a strong ability to lead cross functional project teams

Additional Information

  • The Enablement Partner will report to the Director, Customer Success Enablement
  • Ability to travel 30-40% 

Base Salary Range: $131,250 to $201,250 The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to work location and experience. The base salary is one component of 6sense’s total compensation package for this position. Other compensation may include a bonus program or commission plan, and stock options if approved by 6sense’s board. In addition, 6sense provides a variety of benefits, including generous health insurance coverage, life, and disability insurance, a 401K employer matching program, paid holidays, self-care days, and paid time off (PTO). #Li-remote
